Terms of Service
Guidelines and scheduling protocols governing your premier clinic experience.
1. Scheduling and Appointments
To maintain the highest level of bespoke care, clinical consultations are scheduled by appointment only. Submitting an online request does not guarantee booking; your reservation is finalized once confirmed directly by our medical concierge assistant via call or text.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Protocols
We respect your schedule and dedicate extensive, focused time for every client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request a notification at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation window. This allows us to offer the slot to patients requiring immediate attention.
3. Treatment Suitability
All aesthetic and general dermatology procedures require an initial, in-person deep-dive clinical assessment. Dr. Shazia Ali reserves the right to determine the medical suitability of any requested injectable, biostimulator, or energy-based device treatment to ensure patient safety, natural aesthetic outcomes, and realistic goals.
4. Clinical Outcomes
Cosmetic and regenerative therapies are highly individualized and depend significantly on personal anatomy, cellular health, lifestyle vectors, and proper adherence to pre-visit and post-treatment maintenance instructions. While we leverage gold-standard medical platforms and extreme anatomical precision, no exact specific aesthetic guarantee is made.
5. Medical Questions and Emergencies
The website contents (text, blog posts, academic credentials details) are meant strictly for educational insights and global representation. They do not constitute formal medical diagnoses or advice. If you face any dermatological symptoms or post-treatment concerns, contact the Trueme Medical Center clinic call center directly or visit our emergency medical center.
